Eucafluff enables the consumer goods industry to use a renewable raw material with a lower carbon footprint, while delivering the performance attributes required by the market. This ensures a more efficient product for the end consumer, capable of providing greater well-being.

The Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of Eucafluff demonstrates that the product presents a superior environmental profile, featuring:

• lower water consumption
• reduced use of fossil fuels
• lower land use*

Through the intensive use of technology in Suzano’s eucalyptus plantations and the expanded focus on sustainability across all stages of production and logistics, it is now possible to produce more fluff within a shorter forestry cycle, consuming fewer natural resources and reducing environmental impact throughout the production chain.
